About the Show

An evening of original comic and dramatic monologues.

Back in the dark days of early 2021 – at the height of the second pandemic lockdown – we produced SINGULAR VOICES – a series of monologues, recorded on video, and released online on a ‘pay what you can basis’. We were thrilled with the results and audience response, so are delighted to repeat its success with a one-off staging of brand new monologues SINGULAR VOICES: ON STAGE this February.

Written by members of our ScriptHub writing workshop and featuring many familiar faces, expect a wide range of styles and stories – from the macabrely comic to the downright surreal. Like Alan Bennett’s classic Talking Heads, we’ll take you into the minds of individuals with a wealth of experience to share.

Please note that our regular ‘scratch nights’ can be hugely popular so advance booking is highly recommended. Arrive early to get the best seats and don’t miss the opportunity to buy a drink at Ignition Brewery’s downstairs bar. See you there!
