What you might do
- Welcome audiences and help them find their seats
- Support box office activity, including ticket checking and sales
- Assist with late arrivals and audience flow
- Help distribute and collect feedback forms
- Support audience needs, including accessibility and directions
- Help set up signage (such as A-boards) and clear seating
- Lend a hand with end-of-show tidy-ups
When this usually happens
Production Support roles are typically needed on show days:
- From around 45–60 minutes before the performance
- Sometimes continuing up to 20–30 minutes after the show begins or finishes, depending on the role
