💛 Clear expectations will be shared in advance, including time commitment and physical requirements.
💛 You’ll be supervised and supported — you won’t be expected to do anything unsafe or unfamiliar alone.
💛 This can remain one core role, with flexibility depending on the production.
What you might do
- Help set up scenery, props, and technical items
- Assist with strikedown (pack-up) after performances
- Support indoor and outdoor performances
- Work closely with the production team on show days
When this usually happens
Backstage Support is typically time-specific and show-day focused:
- Required around 90 minutes before a performance
- Continuing up to 45 minutes after the show ends
